Ever tried to catch expired domain name? You know how disappointing the whole experience could be. Domain drop catching is a rewarding, but very tough game to play. To be successful, you need a great mixture of ingredients: sophisticated coding skills, deep knowledge of Internet protocols, fast link and hardware, weeks/days/years dedicated to the research and when you think you have it all -- mix in some luck or nothing will perform as expected!
My name is Denys Ostashko (Nominet TAG = OSTASHKO) and I catch domain names since 2005. I was quite late to the UK drop catching scene and before me .uk drop catching was pretty much luck-oriented. Sometimes those with many girlfriends and colleagues had more "luck". Then the rules changed. With DAC (and later, EPP) there became more room for success based on skills and understanding. There were times when my system was unbeatable. It was netting domains like liverpool.co.uk, radio.co.uk and 100s others. These days it is much harder to lead but I am still having great performance, always enjoying healthy competition. My catching script is constantly evolving for 4 years now and you can imagine how much time and dedication was put to it.
Where is the catch? The catch is yours! (After, of course, you catch it). There are few rules but only one condition.
I ask you to immediately sell caught domains via public auctions at DomainLore.co.uk.. You take 50% of the revenue. If there is no buyer, the domain is yours at no cost. If you expect there will be buyers, but you'd rather keep the domain name to yourself, you can set a reserve price as a max. amount you want to pay for it (and then you get 50% discount as your revenue part). My system is regularly catching 3, 4 and 5 figures domains. Want achieve more with your catching now?
